Meet The Founder of Whole Family Health, Whole Family Nutritionist in NYC

March 18, 2023

Hello there and a warm welcome to my blog!

My name is Jason Levee, and as a father of three young children, I understand the unique challenges that come with feeding a family. As a Registered Dietitian, I’m passionate about helping families take the stress out of meal times and create a positive relationship with food.

Clinical Training and Credentials:

Completing my masters degree and training at NYU has given me a strong foundation in nutrition science, but it’s my personal experience as a busy parent that truly drives my passion for helping families. I know firsthand how tough it can be to juggle a career, family, and healthy eating habits, and I’m here to support and guide you through the process.

How I Can Help:

At my private practice, Whole Family Health, I work hand-in-hand with families to create customized action plans in order to foster healthy eating habits and tackle the challenges that come with feeding picky eaters and navigating mealtime power struggles. There are no off-the-shelf plans here – the plans we co-create are specific to your family, your values, and your goals. My aim is to help you make sure that everyone in your family is nourished and happy and to restore the dinner table as a place for meaningful family connection.

In this blog, I’ll be sharing my knowledge and expertise in nutrition, as well as practical tips and advice to help you create healthy, delicious meals that your whole family will love. I understand that every family has unique needs and preferences, so I’m here to listen and help you find solutions that work for you.

Ready to Get Started?

So whether you’re feeling overwhelmed and unsure about how to get started on your nutrition journey, or you’re simply looking for new ideas and inspiration, I’m here to support and guide you every step of the way. Let’s make meal times a source of joy and connection for your family! Book a discovery call with me to chat through details.
